We can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably and have plenty of room for casting, eating, and resting.
The Captain
Captain Andy Noland was born to be a fisherman, practicing since the age of 4 and honing his skills off the waters of New Jersey, Massachusetts and Rhode Island ever since. The launch of Ruthless C’s has allowed him to share his passion and love of fishing with others while indulging in his favorite pastime. He’s your go-to guy for catching stripers, blackfish, fluke, seabass, mid-shore tuna, and more. He will even share his top tips, so take advantage of it!
